Problem Note 31458: Response values not uniform across graphs in PROC SGPANEL
When using the HBOX or VBOX statement in PROC SGPANEL, the values on the response axis should, by default, be uniform when producing multiple graphs on each page of output. However, the values on the response axis will not be uniform and will be specific to each individual graph. The problem occurs even when using the UNISCALE= option on the PANELBY statement to force response axis values to be the same.
To circumvent the problem, remove the UNISCALE= value for the response axis (ROW for the VBOX statement and COLUMN for the HBOX statement), if specified, and use the MIN and MAX options or the VALUES= option on the appropriate response axis statement (ROWAXIS for the VBOX statement and COLAXIS for the HBOX statement).
